Travel and Logistics
Hotel
The conference will be held at the Omni. There are limited rooms remaining at the Omni, but there is availability at The New Haven Hotel (which is a less than 5-minute walk from the Omni). You can make reservations at The New Haven Hotel (by February 23, 2024) via this link.
Travel
Bradley International Airport (BDL) or the Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) are the most convenient for traveling to New Haven, CT. You may also use any of the New York area airports: John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK), La Guardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). If you will be traveling to and from the airport and would like shuttle/sedan transportation, we recommend contacting either Red Dot Airport Shuttle or Serlin International Limousine.
New Haven is also easily accessible by train (Metro-North or Amtrak) and major highways (I-91, I-95 and Merritt Parkway).
