Actionable Insights from Emotion Science Experts

This year, experts in psychology and neuroscience will guide us through strategies to boost self-management and decode common misconceptions about how unpleasant emotions, like anxiety, can be used to our advantage.
Let’s create learning environments where preK-12 leaders, teachers, and students can deal with feelings, achieve greater well-being, and reach their goals.
